💼 Profile & Backup Options

Your Profile area isn’t just for viewing your details — it’s also where you can keep your data safe with a few simple clicks.

👤 Profile Overview

Every user can open their Profile by clicking the Profile icon on the top-right corner of any page.

Here, you can:

  View and update your name and profile image.

  (Admins only) Manage other users — activate, deactivate, or reset passwords.

But the most important feature for the Admin lives right here too…

Taking a Backup (Admin Only)

Only the Admin has permission to take backups.

Here’s how:

  Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

  Select Settings → Take Backup.

  A file-save window will open — choose the folder where you want to store your backup.

  Click OK, and the software safely saves all your data in that location.

✅ Backup complete — simple and secure!

Why Regular Backups Matter
